Luarca is a non-owner occupied property. Therefore, the entire property (2800 sq. meters) are available to enjoy. The pool is amazing. Swim laps, lounge with your chair and umbrella on the beach with your feet in the pool. One grand fireplace and three wood burning stoves for warmth and beauty.
We do not live on the property. The home is fully available to our guests.
Luarca (the house name) is located in El Golf adjacent to the world renowned L'Auberge Hotel (for dinner, drinks, or afternoon famous Belgian Waffles.) Only a 1 1/2 block walk to the beach and renowned beach restaurant. Within 5 minutes, you are at the trendiest restaurants, grocery stores, or shopping in Punta del Este. Of course, golfing and tennis are 2 blocks away as well.
