The Boathouse cottage
“The Boathouse Cottage” is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. It is located directly on the gorgeous Bayfront of Morro Bay on a Bayfront dock. Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard is the water. Watch sea life and several species of mammals within 15 yards. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Afterwards, settle in to the natural gas fire-pit and rock garden. Bring your paddle boards or kayaks and launch from the adjacent public launching ramp. Walk through the hidden gate to the Embarcadero with it's numerous shops and restaurants. This location is secluded, yet its proximity to everything is an added charm. The cottage has a full kitchen with all kitchen amenities, an eat-in island, and high ceilings. The living room boasts a gas fireplace, cozy couch, leather chair, and a smart tv. The bedroom is light and bright with a queen bed, smart tv, and large closet. It is gorgeously appointed. The bathroom has an open shower and a Japanese soaking tub. It is a luxurious and relaxing. Everything you need for a romantic getaway or adventure on the Bay.
This is a separate and private cottage from the adjacent Sole Mate House. There are no shared venues, patios, or public areas. It has it's own driveway, dock, fire-pit, and garden accessed from a separate driveway and address. Upon request, this cottage may be rented together with Sole Mate.
Montana House Lake McGregor
This is 360 Montana. This gorgeous Mountain House has been fully renovated and it is located in Marion, Montana on the shores of Lake McGregor, 30 minutes outside of Kalispell, Montana. The International Airport in Kalispell is only a 40 minute drive from 360 Montana. Numerous flights come in daily on United, American, Allegiant and Alaska Airlines.
The house has two large and bright bedrooms upstairs (both with king beds), full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, dining room, laundry room, wood burning fireplace, and huge deck with gas BBQ on the top floor. Downstairs you will find another living room, wood fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a king and the other with full bunks and a separate full bed) and jack and jill full bathroom with a tub. A large deck opens up from the living room to the ground level. The house has forced heat, A/C and a gas stove top.
